Dear sir
What happens if someone who is not an employee of the company applies under the employee quota for ipo.
How do they curate the list.
Because if I check in icici direct it shows employee quota along with retail column
Based on PAN they would recognise whether he / she is an employee, otherwise, it would go in general category
Hello Suresh ji,
This is a wonderful detailing done by you .
And I liked the way you have put your point.
Nice review, Suresh ji,
Everything seems to be fine with the company except for few points:
1. Low no. Of clients
2. USA based revenues
3. Stagnated revenue growth.
These negatives can be considered as affordable risk as against the opportunities or strengths:
1. Rising profit margins
2. Consistent profits
3. Expected high growth in data analytics business
4. Reasonable valuations
5. Lower quantum of issue is for offer for sale
6. Low debt company
7. Excellent ROE and ROCE
Thanks for your valuable comments.
