No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscriptions.


Why No Refunds?

  • Free plan available (2 analyses) to test before purchasing
  • Tool provides instant access to analysis upon subscription
  • Once you’ve used the tool and received analysis, the value has been delivered

We DO Provide Refunds For:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Technical failures preventing service access (after our support team has attempted to resolve)
  • Billing system errors on our end

We DO NOT Provide Refunds For:

  • Change of mind
  • Did not use the subscription
  • Found another service
  • Forgot to cancel before renewal
  • Dissatisfaction with analysis results

Cancellation Policy

You Can Cancel Anytime:

  • Log into your account at myinvestmentideas.com
  • Go to Account → Subscription → Cancel
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
  • You keep access until the period ends
  • No further charges after cancellation

Important:

Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period. The current subscription period is non-refundable.


Billing Errors

If you notice any of the following, contact us immediately:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Wrong amount charged
  • Unexpected renewal
  • Charge after cancellation

We will investigate and refund if the error was on our end.


Free Plan

Our Free plan (2 blocks lifetime analyses) is available for you to test the AI Mutual Fund Portfolio Analyser before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage you to use the Free plan to evaluate if our tool meets your needs.
