  7. As a senior Citizen I have invested Rs.265500/- in 2003. Now my health condition is not good. The pension what I get is not sufficient to meet my monthly medical bill of Rs.5000/- All the 12 years passed and for my investment, if the LIC puts conditions there is no meaning. I have worked for 35 years in a private Co, and what ever meager amount of PF Gratuity I have invested like this. I am now aged 68 years and who will pay my principal amount? Can I file a suit in High Court for this sort of blunders by LIC? This is a ridiculous rule. Please advise me. smurthy.kuppam@Gmail.com
