2. Paid Services and Subscriptions
We offer the AI Mutual Fund Portfolio Analyser tool with the following plans:
- Free Plan: Limited to 2 analyses per account lifetime
- Monthly Plan: Unlimited analyses, billed monthly
- Annual Plan: Unlimited analyses, billed annually
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways including PhonePe and Cashfree. By making a payment, you agree to their terms and conditions.
We DO NOT store your credit card, debit card, or bank account information. All payment data is handled securely by our payment gateway partners.
4. Billing and Renewal
- Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis
- Annual subscriptions are billed once per year
- Automatic renewal will occur unless you cancel before the renewal date
- You will receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
5. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations
6. User Accounts and Access
- You must create an account to access paid services
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Account sharing is prohibited
- One subscription is valid for one user only
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms
7. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for service disruptions due to technical issues or circumstances beyond our control
- No refunds or credits will be issued for temporary service interruptions

- Missed opportunities or opportunity costs
- Consequential, indirect, or punitive damages
Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
10. Intellectual Property
- The AI Mutual Fund Portfolio Analyser, including its code, algorithms, and design, is proprietary to myinvestmentideas.com
- You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Tool
- Analysis reports generated are for your personal use only
- You may not resell or commercially exploit the Tool or its outputs
11. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use our paid services to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Share account access with others
- Attempt to breach our security measures
- Use automated tools to extract data
- Resell or redistribute our services
Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
12. Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to:
- Modify features of the Tool with notice to subscribers
- Update pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
- Update these terms and conditions at any time
- Discontinue the service with 60 days notice
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

As a senior Citizen I have invested Rs.265500/- in 2003. Now my health condition is not good. The pension what I get is not sufficient to meet my monthly medical bill of Rs.5000/- All the 12 years passed and for my investment, if the LIC puts conditions there is no meaning. I have worked for 35 years in a private Co, and what ever meager amount of PF Gratuity I have invested like this. I am now aged 68 years and who will pay my principal amount? Hi Mr.Murthy, You can complain to IRDA in case of service deficiency or in case you are not getting the promised amount. But in case you feel you are getting low amount, I do not know how it needs to be handled.
