Hi Sureshji, Nicely explained and thanks for such brief articles.

I have one question to ask you, i had taken one home loan from HDFC and i am eligible for CLSS scheme. With the help HDFc bank, i successfully managed to submit all relevant documents for CLSS subsidy approval.

Now 7 months passed, when i am taking follow-up from HDFC Bank, they are saying Govt. ministry are seeking some clarifications in their internal ministry and all CLSS files are put on hold. this is what, i am hearing from them since last 4 months. Do you have any idea? to whom, i can contact for this matter or do you know any escalation matrix for it?

In general, the CLSS subsidy scheme turnaround time for complete procedure is 90 days.
