  3. Hi suresh

I want to invest 500000 rupees as lumpsum in different funds.

In How many funds should I invest.

I will need the money after 1 or 2 years, and I want to invest in aggressive funds.

    Please suggest

  4. Hi Suresh,

I had invested in the following mutual Funds:-

Franklin Templeton Prima Plus Direct Growth

Franklin Templeton Smaller Companies Fund Direct Growth

Franklin India Tax Shield Direct Growth

Birla Sunlife Frontline Equity Fund Direct Growth

I had invested under the SIP scheme (Rs. 5000/- per month each scheme) for a period of 3 years out of which 1.3 years have passed. Just wanted your valuable advice to know if I should continue/break the schemes since I'm worried that I may receive low return on investment for 3 years as compared to 1 year.

Thanks in advance for your help.

      1. The Prima Plus funds average rate of return states 15% for 3 years vs 25% for1 year! Though I got 10.53% in 1 year and not anything close to 25%.
