  • V. Srinivasa Murthy

As a senior Citizen I have invested Rs.265500/- in 2003. Now my health condition is not good. The pension what I get is not sufficient to meet my monthly medical bill of Rs.5000/- All the 12 years passed and for my investment, if the LIC puts conditions there is no meaning. I have worked for 35 years in a private Co, and what ever meager amount of PF Gratuity I have invested like this. I am now aged 68 years and who will pay my principal amount? Can I file a suit in High Court for this sort of blunders by LIC? This is a ridiculous rule. Please advise me. smurthy.kuppam@Gmail.com

    • Hi Mr.Murthy, You can complain to IRDA in case of service deficiency or in case you are not getting the promised amount. But in case you feel you are getting low amount, I do not know how it needs to be handled. You can check this article and see if you can get your money refunded. https://myinvestmentideas.com/2014/10/how-to-complaint-against-insurance-company-when-there-is-no-response/
