About Tarini International Limited
Tarini International have been evolved as an engineering arm to provide financial and technical consultancy related to Hydro Power generation, Transmission and Distribution and Infrastructure. Their current projects are well geographically based in India and the sub African Continent. Over a period of time, they have been developed as an integrated player providing turnkey service under one umbrella for designing, construction, generation, transmission and distribution. - Company has posted a profit of Rs 74.94 Lakhs for the year ended Mar-09 and a loss of Rs 9,000 for the year ended Mar-2013. First 9 months of this financial year (ended Dec-2013) it made a profit of Rs 2.36 Lakhs.

- I really do not know how SEBI allows IPO’s like Tarini International SME IPO where the company has incurred loss of Rs 9,000 in the last financial year and demand Rs 41 as share price.
- Considering pathetic financial performance, high issue price and several risks involved, investors should be very cautious and stay away from such IPO’s.
