Suggest a topic

Dear Readers

Greetings from myinvestmentideas.com.

I am getting several emails asking for investment advices on Suresh@myinvestmentideas.com. While I would be responding them individually, these would not reach other readers. I am getting questions from people which are general in nature and I am trying to answer the same questions to several investors. To avoid this, I am taking new initiative which would help readers. This is "Suggest a topic" option on the menu bar. If you have any topic which is not covered here, you can leave a comment with little detailed description on what you are looking for which you could not find on this website. I would start publishing the articles based on these topics as early as possible.

Thanks Manju Fernandes from Dubai who is asking for NRI investment advices and Ravi Gupta who is asking to write about best demat accounts in terms of low charges. I am starting this topic with these two.

Regards

Suresh

Can you please review LIC Jeevan Shanti plan which is a guaranteed pension plan. Also, if you can compare this plan with other similar plans like HDFC guaranteed pension plan, it will be very helpful.

My topic not related to Investment. If you can explain about the below Topic, it will be very much helpful to all the people. Reason for me to selecting the topic is recent Flood in Kerala. Lot of people has lost their house and all house hold assets. All are constructing houses with crores of cost. But they are not ready to insure their home/ assets. Now only lot of us are aware that there are insurance coverage available for such issues. So can you study this matter and suggest some insurance companies and procedures related to this matter.

Topic : Insurance coverage for House and house hold items.

    Your insights ob

    1. Real Estate Capital Gains, all expenses that can be deducted,,,specifically family loans where document is absent(normally), tax exempt instruments, new rules, etc.

    2. Your insight on trusts. You mentioned that Trusts don’t have short term capital gains…can monies be withdrawn without tax?
