Motilal Oswal Nasdaq 100 Exchange Traded Fund has outperformed in the last 8 years. This invests in US based equity stocks (outside India). The Performance of US based companies is attractive. However, everything is not rosy. Recent Visa compliance issues for local government is making Tuff for such US companies to hire resources outside the US.
