    I have 2 Quires 1. Where will have to suggest some new topics , so that that can be taken into consideration in future post in blog.

    2. When ever we post a comment and whenever you have replied am not getting the intimation that my query is answered…. is any thing need to be done to receive the notification. ( am getting the notification when you post a new post ) But Whenever my query answered may be latter on one week am not get notified through Email. so i culd not able track…. Please clarify … if this option not available please enable will help to see the reply once we received the email notification

    1. Veera, You can post at “Suggest a topic” on top menu for specific topics
      these comments would be shared with your registered email ID which you would have inputted while commenting and as when there are responses. Check in your SPAM folder if by mistake these are going there.

  2. Suresh Sir, I regular reader of your blog. I will be thankful if you kindly advice regarding query…. I have sold a old Flat in Sept 2019 for Rs 26lacs which was purchased in(2004). Re-invested Rs 28 lacs in new flat before IT filing for AY 20-21. I already hold another flat acquired in 2016 with 50% share with my brother and availing relief us 24b for last three years. Can I claim both 54F as LTCG is Zero & claim 24b against another flat for AY 20-21?

    1. Hello Srinivas, 24b of income tax is about claiming deductions from house property income. The other is 54f where you are selling one property and buying another property and avoiding LTCG. Both can be claimed as these are two different transactions and independent to each other.
