  1. My order no 3880096606 dated 27sep17. Amount Rs7665/- online transferred to paytm from my a/c for purchase of mobile phone. All details with paytm office. But merchant or customer care don't have above order with them due system failure. An enquiry made with paytm care who gave me query ref:39878197. This is the only answer I received from customer care despite several reminders.  No one seems to bother about a paid customer's financial loss.

Now plz advise me the solution or whose door I should knock to solve the problem.

Rush reply in my email ID at your earliest.

    Regards  ///  Siddique.

  2. Bloody service really bad I lost 3000 no reply on my query no msg or mail even Ivrs toll-free no. Responding how to get cashless

  3. I have serious questions about the safety of my money in PayTM wallet. I tried booking bus ticket. The payment gateway portal which linked me with the bus operator could access my wallet WITHOUT my permission. As soon as I entered my mobile number, the website informed me how much balance I have in the wallet. They should have verified my credentials by sending me OTP to my number, which never came. If this is the case, how safe is my moeny in PayTM Wallet? Anyone who knows my mobile number can access my wallet.

I complained twice to PayTM by email. Each time they sent me (after many days) some steriotyped reply,  like 'Do not share your OTP', etc….without making any reference to actual issue I raised. I lost faith in PayTM wallet.

  4. With the government keen on encouraging the whole of India to go digital, with the objective of keeping the transaction cost of payments effected on the electronic platform, the govt. itself should launch an App similar to PayTM and charge a very very nominal fee keeping in mind the vast populace which is poor.

In one word, the electronic payment platform should be a nationalised entity – this would also help in integrating it with a banking transaction tax regime in future !
